Yellow bee crochet baby blanket

Spring is fast approaching, which is the perfect excuse (not that we need one lol) to try out a spring-themed crochet pattern 😀. The Waggle Dance Bee Blanket crochet pattern is perfect for adventurous beginners. The small bee panels are a great introduction to colourwork, and coordinate beautifully with the larger filet section.

I designed this blanket for an old university friend who was pregnant with her second child. I thought that the bees would look lovely in her nursery. Can you picture your own bundle of joy wrapped up in this blanket? This pattern can easily be adjusted to make a larger blanket too.

This pattern is available in US or UK crochet terms from Ravelry, Etsy, LoveCrafts or Payhip.

Please note that the UK crochet terms version is not available from Lovecrafts.
