The Caitlin Zigzag Scarf

Hi everyone, have you seen our newest pattern? It’s the Caitlin Zigzag Scarf!

I have made so many of these, inspired by the Caitlin Zigzag Blanket pattern, that I felt I should finally write it up as it’s own pattern. Last year I made these for my kids to wear during the colder months; this year I’ve made some for myself, and as stocking fillers for friends and family. They work up so quickly!

As you can see from the examples below, this pattern is very easy to customise to your desired look. Personally I think that the filet crochet design looks most effective when a solid colour is used, however it also looks lovely in stripes or using variegated yarn. Equally you can choose to add tassels, pom poms, pockets….whatever your heart desires, so that you scarf is uniquely yours!

 This pattern can be made with yarn of any weight and any hook size (dependent on the final size that you desire)
